I’m Donna Hartley and I would be honored to be your Wedding Officiant.

Lake Tahoe is my home and I want to share the beauty and love that is abound in this area. I’m a spiritual, non-denominational Officiant focused on creating a unique and memorable wedding for you.

It’s called Fire Up Your Love!

I offer coaching before the wedding with both of you together or separately to create memorable vows. I also offer coaching at the dress rehearsal and on the day of your wedding. I believe stating clear intentions will help you face all the challenges and blessings that are in store for you as a married couple.

As an international speaker and trainer over three decades, I have had the opportunity to coach high-level executives with their presentations. As a result, I bring positive energy, structure, life and love into your ceremony.

There are many ceremonies you can choose to incorporate into your wedding, including a special Fire Up Your Love candle lighting ceremony.

My wedding ceremonies are available for the following areas:
West Shore, North Shore, Truckee, and Tahoe City, California
East Shore and Incline Village, Nevada

I will personalize your wedding ceremony by talking to you on the phone or with FaceTime. I will attend your wedding rehearsal to ensure that everyone feels confident for the wedding day, and your wedding party will also be aware of their responsibilities and involvement in the ceremony.

On your wedding day, I will arrive with plenty of time and be available to both the bride and groom as needed, going over personal wedding vows, calming nerves, and creating a positive and inspirational atmosphere.
